It is a pretty and beautiful place - 10 minutes' walk to the downtown. The location is marvellous and the staff is very very nice. Old City Sultanahmet district is worth looking into. There is a modest restaurant...

Very friendly helpful staff, charming Hotel ideal location for visiting everything, mosques etc. breakfast was an excellent Turkish style meal, free tea coffee available all the time. The cost was ideal. do not use this hotel if you wish to sit indoors and expect to be entertained its a base to view the city. The name of the Hotel was very apt although at the time of the booking was unaware of the significance of the name Sultanahmet and its cultural meaning. If you travel to this Hotel you will not be able to thank the hotel staff enough
Difficult to find, you will need to ask about location, due to time constraints had to use a taxi but the hotel is handily placed for the underground.

there was no room on arrival sent to even lower class hotel returned next day lugging cases around. no kettle in room no internet available very poor service. got back last night to find them painting room told to go to another room wich ment taking all from one room and then having to pack for departure next day refused and made them leave the room. they were not concerned at all. Breakfast was plenty but it is all kept from day before so cheese all dry corners. Breakfast lady could not raise a smile. definately would not go back and we have stayed in some places.the manager wouldnt even show his face on the morning we left.

Its location was perfect. 5 mins walk from the Blue mosque and the square. It had many grocery stores, restaurants n taxis available on the street at all times. The staff was very cooperative and always available at the reception. The breakfast was awesome with variety of food to choose from...Tea n coffee were available at all times. The rooms were very clean. N it was the cheapest hotel i found but its value for money was excellent. Will definately recommend it to family n friends
The wi-fi needed to be refreshed after couple of hours and the mail order wouldnt work so we had to pay by cash on the last day.

Within a ten minute walk to the Blue Mosque/Tram Station. Breakfast was decent.
Room was the size of about a cardboard box. The bathroom was so tiny you could do everything you have to do in a bathroom by standing in one spot. The fire alarm went off on two different days at 7am in the morning for no apparent reason. The guy at the reception looked like he was being paid commission by just about everyone in Istanbul as he tried to hook us up for all sorts of rip-off deals, from carpets to city tours. The internet didn't work throughout our stay. The view was awful.

Had a perfectly pleasant stay of 4 nights, everything was perfect. The location of the hotel was peaceful - not too far from a Holy mosque. The area was calm just next door to the historical center of Istanbul, Sultanahmet and all the atraction.
